As a Client of City South Storage
we would like to thank you for your custom and take this opportunity
to confirm the conditions of licence of Tenancy.
In essence, we provide the structure and location, you store
it, you lock it and you keep the key. No subletting is permitted.
Insurance: It is your responsibility to insure your own goods,
most major
companies are aware of this facility. Our buildings/property
are insured.
Dangerous goods: You are not permitted to store quantities of
dangerous or inflammable goods in excess of those in a normal
household situation.
Access: In the interest of your own security and other tenants
please keep your access key in a secure place and ensure that
the gates are secured on your departure.
Amenities: Ablutions, refreshment room, washbay, are available
for your convenience and we ask that you respect them.
Damages/Hazardous Materials: Damages or accidental spillages
should be reported immediately especially if they affect security
and the environment so they may be dealt with properly.
Payment: By automatic payment - our Bank details are included
in this letter. If you fail to meet the agreed payments or arrange
satisfactory terms, at 30 days an invoice will be sent to the
contact address with a booking fee of $20, at 7 days the Company
will send a letter to the contact address advising that if no
response after 14 days we reserve the right to seize and dispose
of your property to defray incurred costs. Interest on arrears
will be applicable at a rate of 5% per calendar month.
